Short Films at the Clacton Festival
Throughout the festival weekend, we will again be showing short films - and announcing on the Sunday the winner of the newly inaugurated award: The Golden Cockle. The winning film will be selected by the Festival Committee and the filmmaker will receive, along with the Golden Cockle award, a £30 first prize.
